Asking for a Raise

Does the idea of asking for a raise make you uncomfortable?

Would you feel uncomfortable if you thought you were underpaid?

Would you be unhappy with yourself if you wanted a raise but didn't dare ask for it?

If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, this three-hour workshop is for you. I will help you eliminate the discomfort associated with negotiating a salary and boost your confidence and self-esteem.

As the saying goes, “Fortune favors the bold.”

Conflict Management

Conflict Management

According to a 2021 study by the Observatory of the Cost of Workplace Conflicts, nearly two-thirds of French employees face conflicts within their organization.

Conflicts are not always bad, but there are days when they are too many and you don't know how to handle them, for example, when working with a difficult team member or a demanding boss. This is when it is very useful to understand your behavior in the face of conflict and how you can adapt it if necessary.

This three-hour workshop will help you understand your approach to managing conflict in a team dynamic and make you feel more confident in your ability to handle difficult situations and unexpected events when working in a team.
