Toulouse School of Economics has reached the 19th position in the Shanghai Ranking

The 2023 Shanghai Academic Rankings are out!

The "ShanghaiRanking Consultancy" has announced the Global Ranking of Academic Subjects (GRAS) 2023, which represents a comprehensive and objective ranking of world universities by discipline.

Toulouse School of Economics, the economics component of theToulouse 1 Capitole University , is pleased to announce that the university is ranked 19th globally and first in continental Europe in the Shanghai Ranking for economics 

It is the top-ranked French institution in the ranking, well ahead of Sciences Po and Paris School of Economics, both of which are ranked in the 101-150 range.

By climbing to the 19th position (+2 compared to 2022), Toulouse 1 Capitole University and TSE are among the best institutions globally, alongside leading American and British universities that occupy the top 20 spots.

This ranking is a sign of TSE's  strengthening of its position as a leader in economics, recognition of the excellence of its research and teaching, supported by Toulouse Capitole University.
