I intervene in every step of the way: identification of the best funding strategy, project engineering, application and EC notification process.

Even though i specialize in the competition analysis and financial analysis of the projects, I manage the complete process which also involves the preparation of the non-economic parts (i.e technical parts with the support of the R&D teams, dialogue with the national authorities, etc).

I also manage a team of junior consultants.

Economist specializing in competition economics and financial analysis, my work with european economics focuses on State aid cases.

With a a primary focus on large integrated projects (IPCEI) across industries such as microelectronics, batteries, Hydrogen, Cloud, and health, I developed extensive experience in navigating complex economic landscapes.

My expertise extends to advising companies on individual projects for national state aid applications within RDI and CEEAG frameworks, as well as securing EU funding through the Innovation Fund (Hybrit).

The journey began with State aid cases in an internship followed by a collaboration with european economics, which laid the foundation for conducting economic analyses across diverse sectors.

I have also worked with esteemed clients, including public affairs consulting companies and the industrial markets, among others.

Throughout my work, I have developed a strong focus on project engineering and formulating strategic approaches. My main objective is to assist companies that deliver high-value projects for the common good in securing funding, be it from private or public sources.
