👉 Have you ever been confronted with conflict within your work environment, and did know how to act?
According to a 2021 study by the "Observatoire du coût des conflits au travail", almost two-thirds of French employees are confronted with conflict in their organisation.
Conflict isn't always bad, but there are days when there's too much of it and you don't know how to handle it, for example when you're working with a difficult team member or a demanding boss. That's when it's really useful to understand how you behave in the face of conflict and how you can adapt your behaviour if necessary.
This workshop will help you understand how to manage conflict in a team dynamic and feel more confident in your ability to handle difficult situations and unexpected events when working in a team.

🙋♀️ Clare Boland is an ICF-accredited professional coach, Firework-accredited career change coach and trainer in personal development and student professional development. She works with managers, employees and students to help them reposition themselves professionally, take up new positions and develop their skills, using a caring, optimistic and rigorous approach.
The workshop will be held online and last two hours in the evening for a group of maximum six Alumni. Depending on the nationalities of the participants, the workshop can be set in English or French.
