My work involves two projects.
The first takes advantage of the recent introduction of 'Eirgrid'- Ireland's first comprehensive post code system to investigate what affects the value of a plot of land, and specifically how City and council height regulations can change the value of a site.
The second project involves building a data set on historical house prices from scratch. Here I am working through Ireland's property deed archive, transforming two century old legal script into an excel spreadsheet.
