Self-motivated and proactive, I analyze communities’ and societies’ challenges to enhance their economic performance. Either by working with rural leaders and the UNDP to foster economic growth, or by researching Indiana’s counties greatest hardships for achieving economic resilience, I apply methodological, statistical and econometric approaches to deal with real life economic questions. I am also tri lingual ( Spanish , English and French ) with an intermediate level in German, and am looking for a challenging 4 months Internship beginning in May 18th

Investigated the socio-economic characteristics of Indiana’s poorest census tracts, taking a sociological approach to deal with racial segregation and using geographic methods such as Moran’s I, and spatial econometrics.
Assembled and analyzed a database by using R and Python for the purpose of assessing the relationship between resilience and economic performance in Indiana’s counties during the Great Recession of 2008. Presented the findings of such investigations through reports and meetings with local policymakers, with the aim to foster economic development in Indiana’s distressed counties.

Encouraged cooperative meetings with regional leaders to discuss how to make a maximum use of national allocated funds from the peace agreement in 2018. Lead , Influenced and empowered youths by doing group workshops, in which issues such as gender inequality and political participation were discussed as part of Active Citizens, a British Council’s training program.
