☀️ Registrations for the Summer School are now open! This essential event, organized by the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE) and the Institute of Analysis of Systems and Territories (IAST), will take place from May 27th to June 21st. Aimed at doctoral students in economics and other social sciences disciplines, this interdisciplinary program promises a comprehensive immersion in exciting and relevant subjects.
1️⃣ Part 1: Evolution of Human Sociality
The program will cover key topics such as social contract theory, life history theory, and the evolution of human cooperation, presented by Professor Jonathan Stieglitz and researcher Catherine Molho.
2️⃣ Part 2: Politics, Social Identity, and Human Well-being
The sessions will focus on the impact of state institutions on social identity, educational policies, police brutality, and clientelism in electoral politics while exploring themes such as immigration, media, representation, and positive action within institutions. The final research presentations by Giacomo Lemoli, Ali Seyhun Saral, Anne Degrave, and Jordanna Matlon will conclude this section by integrating interdisciplinary perspectives and opening new avenues for research.
