-Providing short and long-term analysis, prognosis and action plan for the regional product category based on KPIs for price, lead-time, quality, sustainability and capacity to achieve global product category goals: growth and profitability in a sustainable way.
-Together with the Supply Chain Management team, setting relevant action plan based on the updated goals and long-term regional strategy
-Identifying supply chain discrepancies and supporting the Supply Chain Manager on actions to correct causes, communicating findings and deviations to the Global Product Controller and the Global Product Manager
-Based on continuous business related macro analysis; proactively communicating the current situation, opportunities for improvement and threats to the Country Controller Production and the Global Product Controller
-Actively taking part in the global controlling function to develop best practices and improve controlling methods and tools.
-Planning and supporting future controller needs and challenges together with the Country Controller.
-Setting and managing salary and travel budget in the respective supply chain organization to optimize resource allocation.
